The newer versions of Minecraft have jobsites and hangouts for the villagers already(the new 1.14 job and bell blocks). Merge the jobs for villagers with the ones from 1.14 for the newer versions of mca.

Rework the current villager jobs to fit with the pre-existing ones in 1.14. For the new jobs like Baker and Miner, you could introduce blocks for them to work with. You could probably have a use for the nitwit/child villagers to ring the bell when the village is under a raid.

None, I honestly think this should be a core mechanic in the mod for future versions
