Mod Not Generating A Config File While On Apex Hosted Server #1358

Describe the bug Unable to get a config file to generate, causing villages to not spawn and the mod to not function on server. But it will work when done on a single player world of the same client.

Steps to Reproduce Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

  1. Launch Minecraft
  2. Enter Modded server with required versions of the mod.
  3. Server doesn't populate villages, no config file generated for server
  4. Open Singleplayer world, Mod Works as intended Minecraft Information (please complete all questions entirely):
    • Minecraft Version: [e.g. 1.12.2]
    • Forge Version: [e.g. 14.23.5.2838]
    • MCA Version: [e.g. 6.0.0] Any version below 6.0.0 is NOT supported. Do not submit an issue for these versions.
    • Launcher: [e.g. Standard, Twitch, MultiMC]
