Trading broken after MCA removal in multiplayer #1373

Describe the bug Trading with villagers and other mods is broken after removing MCA in multiplayer

Steps to Reproduce Please include steps we can take to reproduce the bug:

  1. Launch Server with MCA
  2. Create a World
  3. Close Server
  4. Remove MCA
  5. Launch Server

It seems to fix itself after a restart, but in multiplayer no such luck

It seems it doesn't happen in singleplayer or fixes itself after a restart

I think it's an issue outside of the world considering once i move the servers world file into singleplayer everything works and if i put that file back into multiplayer it doesn't

It wasn't MCA(most likely)

I'm gonna let you know if i figure out why it's really happened
