Make sure to use PasteBin when posting crash-logs^. Make sure core mods are up to date, check iChunUtil, you currently have installed 4.0.0 the latest build for 1.7.10 is 4.1.0. Link to website to get iChunUtil: http://ichun.us/mods/ichunutil/

It still didn't work. I am using Java 8 but i cant go back to Java 7.

Are you sure weee! Flowers works on 1.7.10? It says 1.7.2b

@moinecraftperv Pam's Weee Flowers 1.7.2b works just fine in 1.7.10. @NerdyMCer You need to do some trial and error runs. Take one mod out and run the game. Do so until you have taken each mod out and ran the game once. What we are seeing is that the world isn't rendering right. I would recommend taking out Dynamic Lights first, and try running the game again.

I'm never able to reproduce this. Use only MCA and RadixCore with the recommended Forge to see if the issue continues.
