Create templates for issue tracker and pull requests as mentioned here.

The template for the issue tracker may have something similar to:

Description

Details on what the issue/requested feature is. Please be as specific as possible.

OS (with version): List online if the issue/feature is associated with our hosted version
Browser (with version): Ex. Chrome v49.0.2623.112, Safari 9.1, Firefox 45.0.1, Edge, etc

List your expected behavior here

If applicable. Place mock ups here to illustrate new features.
