Hello la team,

Désolée ça va être une grosse pull request parce que j'ai eu des soucis de commit, promis la prochaine fois je ferais des plus petites PR.

Voici ce qui a été fait dans cette PR :

Création d'un composant RecommandedCard.
Création d'un composant RecommandedList qui map sur RecommandedCard.
Ajout du composant RecommandedList sur App.jsx
Ajout de deux paquets pour les prop-types + pour utiliser du scss
Ajout du CSS via un fichier style.scss + quelques éléments de responsive.
