Grosse PR d'intégration des composants :

Intégration du composant CardModale pour qu'il fonctionne avec PopularCard et RecommendedCard.
Création d'un composant CountrySelectionManager et ModalManager
Ajout des prop-types
Ajout du scss pour la modale
