Sprint retrospective is a spike destined to analyze and improve each sprint. Altough it was defined as weekly, it should be done in the end of the sprint!

It will be dated and controled.

FIRST SPRINT! - 2/11/2021

  1. Ending of the first sprint; three user stories concluded;
  2. The core HTML and CSS (vanilla), was completed;
  3. For the second sprint was decided to refine the CSS, implement JS and start implementing API;
  4. The tasks for the second sprint were divided within the group, and the group is ready to work!

SECOND SPRINT! - 8/11/2021

  1. Ending of the second sprint; three user stories concluded;
  2. The API implementation was defined;
  3. Some layout changes were defined and the CSS was cleaned in some parts;
  4. The tasks for the second sprint were divided within the group, and the group is ready to work!

THIRD SPRINT! - 16/11/2021

  1. Ending of the third sprint; two user stories concluded;
  2. The preview functionality was completed;
  3. The mapping within the Routes (genre pages), was completed;
  4. The tasks for the fourth and last sprint were established, and the group is ready to work!

  1. Ending of the fourth sprint and Project 2 conclusion;
  2. Website cleaning and refinement;
  3. Preparation for the project's final demo.
