Display location maps

Story

As an admin I want to see all the available locations on a map to select the location I want to inspect and to see the sensors on the map

Criteria & special considerations

• Use the Map.js component
• Grab the markers from the back-end
• This Map component must be used for HomePage, HistoryPage, NeuralNetworkPage, DataAssimilationPage

Integration test scenario

• On these pages, I can see a map displayed with the appropriate data (locations or sensors)
• I can select a site and make the choice appear in the dropdown list [nice to have]
• I can see the sensors locations on the map, with the correct color according to the status (green : no rain, blue : rain, red : offline)

Tasks

• use useState to manage the sensors list, the position and the status send the data to the api map
• Get info (latitude - longitude) from the database
• Make calls to our API to grab the list of sensors (or list of locations)
• Display it in all the pages
