There's an admin tool to expose all approved encounters to the GBIF (/appadmin/admin.jsp)

However, GBIF isn't connected to any Wildbooks anymore and potentially confuses admin users who stumble upon it.

Verified this is happening in all Wildbooks, not just Lynx. Updated labels and title/description.
