  1. Set active label per user/session/task. Only when a user is in a task(on annotation/ground truth page), can he/she see the active label on his/her own
  2. Once leave the task (leave annotation/ground truth page), the active label will be reset. Next time user enters a new task, need to set a new one.
  3. The active label will persist in the same task(if user finishes annotation and then turn to ground truth, will need to set a new active label).
  4. When press hot key to set a new active label, the latest created annotation will change accordingly
