hotkey sort order #39

Expected Behavior hotkeys should appear 1-0 then shift+1 - shift+0

Current Behavior labelsList on assets/js/main.js

hotkey sort order is interleaved with shift and standard hotkeys

  1. task list > labels
  2. click edit
  3. click dropdown
