new task annotate button lag #41

Expected Behavior Annotation option should be available as soon as a new task appears in the task list

Current Behavior

  1. Sign in as lab lead
  2. Create new task assigned to yourself
  3. On automatic redirect to table, note that the new task's annotate button disabled.
  4. Refresh; button should become enabled
