task table tagging requires refresh half the time to save #42

Expected Behavior a tag added to a task saves

Current Behavior when adding a new tag to a task, half the time, it will not save. on refresh, entering any value (the same or different) will save, and will allow entry of multiple. if refreshed twice, seems to cycle back to not saving

  1. task table, click to add a new tag
  2. type a new tag
  3. click save. may save?
  4. if tag does save, refresh browser and repeat
