"All Scripts" Sideboxes Ordered Above Sideboxes Limited by Script #146

When viewed on the forums, sideboxes that are set to "All Scripts" on the Pages area are ordered above all sideboxes which are limited to certain scripts, regardless of their ordering on the Advanced Sidebox configuration page. I am not sure if this is intended functionality or a bug. If intended, to me it seems a bit unintuitive, since I may want a page-specific sidebox to appear above the global sidebox and would generally expect that the ordering that I set in the Admin CP would be followed in the actual display.

That isn't intentional and must be a bug. I can see how it may have happened when we changed over to the 2.0 script management code, though.

I'll give it a test some time tomorrow and let you know what I find out.

I identified the problem and think to have it fixed.
