AJAX Update Speed Not Affected by Setting (v2.1) #191

As far as I can tell, any sideboxes that are currently added and have AJAX enabled are updated every few seconds, regardless of what the "AJAX Update?" setting is set to. This was tested on my default MyBB installation.
