image I saw this on phpBB, maybe something like this (concept), admins can adjust it to their needs

I can really only offer two options: birthdays this month and today's birthdays. Don't get me wrong, I could write my own queries to retrieve the weekly (or custom) birthdays, but the information I'm using currently is already cached (and so doesn't require a very expensive query).

I'll keep it in mind, but I like the simplicity of the current code.

As to the way it looks, I like your ideas. I was already thinking about adding the option to show avatars, but I like the combination even better, Thanks!
