Individual User Side Box Toggle Inaccessible From ACP #318

...need to hook in and allow admin to edit that option for users.

MyBB software doesn't currently have the capability to accomplish what needs to be done to satisfy the parameters of this issue. So this issue is pending until https://github.com/mybb/mybb/issues/3441 has been resolved.

https://github.com/mybb/mybb/issues/3441 is set for release with MyBB 1.8.20, when that happens this issue can be addressed.

Yes, after that this could be added. I hope it will be merged into v1.8.20 release ;)

Done and tested on both 1.8.19 (does nothing, but no issues either) and 1.8.20 (works as expected)
