Not sure what the integration would look like (maybe make it really easy to import your Tumblr?)

I believe that https://github.com/other-xyz/combinator/issues/13 and https://github.com/other-xyz/combinator/issues/25 would unlock lots of possibilities here.

Much possibility!

Imagining now that to create a channel which mirrors a URL you #twitter.com/aza or #tumbler.com/blahgif or #nytimes.com or #wikipedia.org. That is, by including a tld the channel is generated by a backing website (which also comes with a chat channel).
