Installing the read it later feature would:

Create a @user/readitlater channel
Add an action on message select that says "Read It Later" which would rechat the message to @user/readitlater

Really want this. I vote we rename it "pocket" because that includes favorites connotation/vibes. Or maybe we should just have a "favorite" feature and install it on all identities by default (cc @aza @mtkurlowski)
