Hide entities #150

As a user I want the ability to hide an identity or channel from my browsing experience. For example if I know two people or two channels with similar names and I rarely (or never) interact with one of them, I want the ability to hide that entity from chat complete results.

I've been liking calling this "forget".

Used like "forget @miko" or "forget #no".
