Application reports part of path is missing when trying to record an error

We generate the following error when reporting an exception:

Unable to record system error: Could not find a part of the path "/meadow0/crash/meadow.error"

I think this is coming coming from Core.

@adrianstevens make sure the CLI isn't deleting this folder on deploy
