Could you make a tutorial of settings with step by step Please. #79

Hi Adam,

I download ( https://github.com/Wildhoney/Magento-on-Angular ) and try to setting in my PC( Using Window machine with XAMPP) but not able to make perfect setting and config all files. i got some error and content data not showing so Could you make a tutorial of settings with step by step Please.
