Add link to Wildlander character planner #32

Whats missing? I've made a Wildlander fork of the NannerPlanner that can be used out of the box for vanilla Wildlander, tweaking the requiem 4.0 + fozar preset to change the starting perks to 6 and remove the Morrowind smithing prereq for Orcish smithing. Happy to figure out any other changes that need making.

It's sorted now, and I've updated the title as well. I'd love to change the favicon to the Wildlander icon if that's okay.

Checked with Dylan and you can use the icon no problems. Thanks for making the tool!
