treat numeric prefix argument as the number of context lines #107

it would be awesome if the various ag-... functions would pass on a numeric prefix argument, e.g. M-5, as the number of context lines (the -C ... flag to ag). right now numeric prefixes are ignored, and a prompt to tweak ag options is shown if a universal/prefix argument is specified.
