evil integration results in error #81

Invalid function: evil-add-hjkl-bindings

evil-add-hjkl-bindings is a macro, and my (elisp-novice) thought is that it isn't being expanded.

I can reproduce and yep, it looks like we're not expanding the macro. I think this is now fixed, but I'm not an evil-mode user, so if you see any other issues do let me know.
