Remove hard evil dependency #83

Assuming we follow @lunaryorn's suggestion in #82 to move the hjkl stuff to evil-integration, this would be the necessary changes. And 93bc423 is a good idea in any case.

I know, that's the wrong repo, but I have no idea how to submit changes to its upstream repo.

Perhaps mail the patch to their mailing list and hope for the best?
