3 months ago I think this is out of scope for difftastic I'm afraid. You could define a bash alias for the directories you commonly compare?

It would be nice if there was a way to configure and save sessions. I assume others are diffing the same directories all the time as well, so it would be nice to be able to have a short way to invoke that diff quickly. Something like difft -s
