Coverage remained the same at 91.803% when pulling d0723b9c1ecf819f5d28f7c5bc63807c059ac4b0 on rdotdk:master into 2d580faac37f5339bf738c7f449ecec81d8c581d on Wilfred:master.

I don't have cask install so i have not verified this in my machine. However manually installing f.el fixes this issue, so i have added the package requires for f.el.
