standardise buttons, and inputs #7

since the app is mobile focused we should make the buttons nice and big, and keep the button consistent with the button on the homepage

The buttons on the job posting page look out of place Screenshot 2019-06-12 at 16 57 32

strange, I can't replicate this. Looks fine on my phone. Is this screenshot from your phone?
