Rename the syntax scopes #5

As someone who works a lot on Sublime Text, it would be nice if the scopes were named in a more general/grouped way: open.curly.bracket.ccpp to bracket.curly.open.ccpp. This will allow me to color all curly brackets in one color with just bracket.curly.

I know it's terse but I can't really frame this better ATM.

I see what you expect but as you are, for now, the only one who asked me this I will keep it as it is to avoid me and the other users the rebuild of our setup.

I keep this issue open for now and if a relatively high number of people need this to be changed I will do it.
