In order to provide my opinion with regards to a topic or event as a user, I can select and submit an answer from the poll

Acceptance Criteria

The poll is visible on the home page, with several options ready to select from.
Options should be provided as a checkbox
A submit button should be beside the options
After submitting, the confirmation should include the username
