No `srcomp_pystream` executable installed #1

The readme indicates that srcomp_pystream --api_url ... is the way to use this project, however that doesn't work as there is no srcomp_pystream. This likely means that something additional is needed in the build tooling.

python -m sr.comp.pystream does seem to work, so documenting that might be an easy alternative.
