Temps are rounded to accurately reflect Fahrenheit #86

When using this component in a system with Fahrenheit, the temperatures are truncated instead of rounded resulting in the inability to set certain temperatures.

Matching temperature displayed on the thermostat to the value in Home Assistant has been an issue there are two conversions: the Tekmar H or E value to C, and then the second C to F conversion. I've mostly just accepted it for now, but I've though about a lookup table as an option too.

Yea, it's possibly more complicated. I've implemented this change about a month ago and it's been working well for me since. I don't think it'll have a negative impact on systems operating in Celsius but I have not tested it.
