Additional information: On turn 21, the 2's clue should be a tempo chop move on the lead 2. The bot discards (perhaps to generate a clue) without chop moving discarding the critical p4. Also, the bot for some reason incorrectly infers the second 2 as a playable 2 leading to a misplay later.

Turn 21 looks like a Double Tempo Clue, which is valuable and doesn't cause a TCCM.
