Should clue final play even though it's assumed. #266

Additional information: On the second last turn the bot discarded. It would be nice to clue my red 5 even though it is assumed to be my draw slot at this point, especially for newer players who may not know to play their draw slot here.

This was due to robot1 incorrectly assuming their chop moved slot was r5 and treating 5 to flackr as a clue that got 0 new playables. This was fixed in 67393f6, it suggests giving 5 now.
