delay bluff for finesse #267

Version (PM the bot with /version): v1.4.7 Convention settings:/setall 11 Steps to reproduce or replay link:https://hanab.live/shared-replay/1183750#23 *Additional information: I think this already reported with some other example. elamate skip bluff for finessing b4. later play y1 as a bluff.

This is something I don't plan to support, since deferring a Bluff is discouraged. Deferring a Finesse is already extremely difficult for a bot to untangle (see the current open PR about determining whether it was a valid defer), and there isn't any lying involved. Deferring a Bluff is even worse in terms of information desync.
