Should stall during end-game #293

Version (PM the bot with /version): v1.4.10 Convention settings: /setall 11 Steps to reproduce or replay link: https://hanab.live/replay/1193878#63 Additional information: On turn 64, robot2 decides to blind play. I'm a little uncertain why given not all inferred identities are playable. But also it seems strictly superior to clue around to those who have the known plays in hand.

The only good touch identities left are [g4,p4] and p4 was just finessed on turn 60, so robot2's cm card is just [g4].

Currently it doesn't try to solve the endgame if it can't get the theoretical maximum. But this line can also get the true max if the cm card is actually g4, with endgame g4 -> clue -> p3 -> k3 -> p4.
