If this isn't a crash it was about 3-5 minutes of waiting and nothing.

Yeah, looks like another duplicate of https://github.com/WillFlame14/hanabi-bot/issues/256. I've been trying a couple things but it's difficult to test, since my computer can solve the endgame pretty quickly and I don't know why hanab.live is dropping the websocket.
