Didn't tell last player which 5 was playable in final round #305

Version (PM the bot with /version): v1.4.11 Convention settings: /setall 11 Steps to reproduce or replay link: https://hanab.live/replay/1200101#62 Additional information: For some reason, robot1 thought that flackr knew which 5 was which based on turn 58, though I have no idea why? However, in general there is no advantage to discarding on the final round when clarifications could be given.

flackr's replay appears to have been fixed as of v1.8.3 (possibly earlier), but downvoid's issue is more complicated due to needing to give an unconventional clue.
