quandl website had stopped extract free data from nse and bse #33

HI WillKoehrsen,

Good Evening!!

Quandl website had stopped extracting latest data from NSE and BSE on 4th january 2019 onwards. This message is getting "As of January 9, 2019 this data feed will no longer be actively supported by the Quandl community. We will continue to host this data feed on Quandl, but we do not recommend using it for investment or analysis". Can you please provide update stocker.py code using nse.get_quote or alternate python library instead of quandl.get.

your best bet is to submit a PR with the changes you want and go from there

I'm puzzled by this issue. I just downloaded BSE data from Quandl for CIPLA. The data appears to be currently with just a few days lag. The last day is 21st May 2020.

Also https://www.quandl.com/data/NSE-National-Stock-Exchange-of-India does not show the message as stated.

It's possible that data downloading has been discontinued for NSE.
