Add control panel for admins to change config values #20

Admins should be able to change settings such as

Wiki URL
Wiki creds
What wiki they're using within some kind of control panel, or perhaps using a shortcut. I believe slack has functionality for the former.

It would probably be absurd to add this to each chat. Perhaps I could centralize this with a frontend in Grab, and authenticate through the app? That might be even harder, though. I absolutely do not want to save more sensitive information than I have to.
