Basic implementation of image transcription is finished

TODO:

[ ] Add color support
[x] Add options for tweaking line thickness/bezier precision?
[ ] Add save detection
[ ] Loading dialog
- [ ] Don't block when transcribing?
[ ] Multithread autotrace and/or spline parsing
[x] Skirt bezierCurve math and pass splines directly to Xournalpp
[ ] Further optimize data transfer code

Though I don't think we want to use Potrace right now, I do want to keep this PR around, pull useful code and ideas from it, and turn its checklist into a GitHub project board of some sort.

I especially want to get that CV stuff outta there :eyes: That needs its own PR.
