If the Medium presses a key, a field will go up in a small area, trapping the Wraith, and tearing him out of the Ethereal Plane. While within this area, the Medium takes reduced damage, and deals more damage.

This ought to be some kind of charged ability. It would be totally broken if you could just *snap* do it.
