Re-write Wraith Hunt using Aether2D

This makes... well.... everything less kludgy. I've had to completely re-write the game, basically from scratch, because I had the gall to believe that I could write good physics.

Bug list

• [x] No way to tell which way the characters are facing
• [x] Attacks are sent in a direction based on which way the character is moving, not which way they are facing
• [ ] Characters get stuck on the floor for a frame
• [ ] Can infinitely "climb" buildings
• [x] No character sprites
• [x] Can jump in the air if they haven't left the ground
• [x] Air control is inconsistent and feels like shit
• [x] Acceleration and turning may benefit from being snappier
• [x] Unidirectional Knockback
• [ ] Comments make no sense
• [ ] Camera has weird-ass offset
• [ ] AETags on players are reversed?
• [ ] Player scaling is all fucked.

I think we've hit feature parity, save for all the bugs. Now I have to fix those...

I'm gonna have to merge this, just to have a degree of separation between "working" and "oh dear lord." I need to re-do the camera system, and for that, I need to rip a whole bunch of stuff out again.
