Comments render as footnotes #1

I did notice, however, that by default, annotations render similarly to notes, mirroring how they work in the default Rough Cut style.

First, I think the default should be that they aren't visible, so annotations don't hide among notes potentially submitted to journals!

Second, could there be a way to differentiate the annotations from the footnotes — or, most ideally, export them as .docx or PDF comments? (I'm new to Ulysses styles, so I don't know if have that capability or not).

Sorry, in advance, to have resurrected a project from a couple of years ago.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not currently maintaining this project, but I'll happily merge any pull requests and submit the updates to the Ulysses Style Exchange. It was based on the Simple APA style, so that might be a good place to look for ways to incorporate these features.
