Pastel Volume Icon #58

It seems that the volume icons of Pastel theme are all the same, i.e., volume.png, volume-low.png, and volume-off.png.

Hey, thanks for raising the issue! That's actually intended behavior - the reason for that is so that the volume module can work between themes, in mirage the icon differs so I need the module to support different states.

Pastel doesn't have different icons for the states so they all look the same
