existing windows should be affected by default_dim_inactive change

Please fill out the following:

• Description: I've been playing with default_dim_inactive which I find really interesting (I have a similar config for neovim windows). One issue I have with it is that it is taken into account only for new windows which is kinda annyoing but especially for the screensharing context. Apparently my windows become black while screensharing used to work in vanilla sway. Do you know about this ?
