Unexpected Minimization

With scratchpad treated as minimize, windows minimize when you tab out of them, or when switching workspaces from one that a Fullscreen window occupied.

I've had this issue in causing fullscreen games to disappear into nowhere (or rather, into the scratchpad!) on being unfocused - maybe the scratchpad-as-minimize behaviour could be made optional?

There's a config option for this which is enabled by default :)
