chore: Update pkgrel in PKGBUILDs #238

Please merge before #239 (or ignore this PR entirely) to increment pkgrel correctly.

Update pkgrel twice for changes in #237 and #240

The package produced by the updated PKGBUILD will not register as a newer version by the destination system unless the pkgrel is incremented. This also causes problems for certain automated build systems (such as chaotic-aur) which may only rebuild on pkgrel changes[^1].
